40 Bond Street - New Residential Gardens
In 2008, we installed the exterior landscaping for Ian Schrager's first luxury residential development in New York City- 40 Bond Street. The development got a ton of press for it's cutting edge design, and was celebrated for combining the best aspects of full-service doorman-building living with touches common to townhouses- Private gardens, for example. This project required lifting mature, large caliper trees over the building, into the rear courtyard. We secured the city permits necessary to close off the street, and craned the trees six stories into the air, and over the building. Follow the construction of the project in the images below.
